With the support of Smith,we exported a 2Ton Ice Block Machine to USA yesterday.It is a daily capacity 2ton block ice per day with 10kg ice.
For 10kg ice, it makes 45pcs/4.5hrs and 202pcs/24hrs.

This machine is direct cooled type,is our new design of ice block machine,break through the traditional design.

The salient features of this 2Ton Ice Block Machine are:

1. Energy Saving:  electricity consumption 30% less than salt water type, this helps you saving 3usd in production everyday !
2. Shorter Ice Making Time: for 10kg ice, you get the ice in 220minutes, while salt water type takes 360minutes.
3. Sanitary and tasty ice:
 the ice is freezed directly without touching any chemical material during production, the ice is very clean and edible.
For salt water cooled type, the ice will be splashed by salt water(it's chemical material) more or less.
This will effect the ice quality and taste at some degree.
