OMT provides salt water cooling ice block machine and direct cooling ice block machine from 1ton to 100tons, cube ice machine from 60kg to 20tons, tube ice machine, flake ice machine, plate ice machine, cold room, ice crushing machine and ice packing machine, etc.
Right from the beginning of inquiry, OMT focuses on clients’ requirement and situation such as budget, usage of the ice, environmental temperature, electricity supply and installation condition. Then work out the professional solution for our clients, including machine quotation, technical specification, pictures and videos for clients’ reference.
OMT can also search other machines and goods for our customer if required, provide one-stop shopping service to our clients.
 

Production process
During the production process, OMT monitors every step, we build our machines with every parts, we work, check, test until it turns out to be the final great quality machine.
We update the process to our clients every week, we send the testing pictures and videos to our clients when the machine is finish and under testing, until it meets clients’ standard.
 

Afer-sales
OMT provides manuals, operational videos and other guides for our clients before they get the machine. Our well trained industrial refrigeration technicians are ready to travel anywhere for the installation guidance, and our clients can also come to our factory for free training. OMT professional team are also 24hours on standby in case there’s any question or problem caused.
