OMT dispatched containerized ice block machine which is used in Panama.

For this 2ton containerized ice block machine, 2ton salt water type ice block machine was installed in a 40ft container with a 3ton(10cbm) cold room.

This ice block machine adopts anti rust and corrosion free material -stainless steel 304 for salt water tank and ice moulds, using world first class components like Germany Bitzer compressor, Danfoss cooling parts, Korea electric components etc.

Our customer selects 20kg/pcs block ice, this 2ton machine produces 32pcs of 20kg block ice per 8hours, 96pcs per 24hours, 3cycles a day.
Meanwhile, this machine can also produce 5kg/pcs, 10kg/pcs, 15kg/pcs, 25kg/pcs block ice etc.

For 5kg ice, it produces 80pcs per 4.8hr, 400pcs per 24hr;
For 10kg ice, it produces 54pcs per 6hr, 216pcs per 24hr;
For 15kg ice, it produces 33pcs per 6hr, 132pcs per 24hr;
For 25kg ice, it produces 27pcs per 8hr, 81pcs per 24hr ...
